Returns

We always want our customers to be satsfied with their experience and purchase but for some reason you may find yourself in a position where you may want to return or exchange an item. We want to make this process as easy as posible. when it comes to returns and exchanges we like to be as flexible as possible with our return policy to ensure you are fully satisfied.


If you have selected the wrong part or you find that you simply don’t need it then please return it to us within 7 (seven) days of purchase together with your original receipt. This may either be a printed till recipt or a written VAT recipt. Goods returned must be complete, in perfect condition and with no damage either to the goods themselves or the packaging. We regret that any goods returned which are not in a resalable condition cannot be credited unless instructed otherwise but a member of staff. 

 

If your in the rare position whereby the item you have pruchased is faulty or is not functioning the way it should be bring it back to the store instantly and we will assess the product and offer you a refund or store credit. We will normally expect you to have the recept to hand to verfy the item was purchased from us. Items that have been purchased and show evidence of use or lack of care will not be accepted for refund.

 

When purchasing car batteries we will hand you a slip of paper which is your guarentee. The duration of that guarentee will be dependent on the type of battery you purchase When you recieve your guarentee we recommend that you keep this very safe in a place like you cars glove compartment. If there are any issue regarding the car battery pop the car battery back to the our store along with the guarentee and we will help resolve the issue further. If you no longer have this guarentee and fail to bring it along with your battery unfortunatly we won't be able to help.

(We also do offer a money back offer of £5 if you purchase a battery from us and return the old battery back to our store).


If the part you return is incorrect and you require a replacement then we will endeavour to exchange it for the correct part straight away. You will be liable for any difference in price between the returned part and the replacement. If the replacement part is cheaper than the original then we will refund you.
